Al Hayat Opportunity Platform — Privacy Policy

Who operates the platform

Al Hayat Solutions operates the Al Hayat Opportunity Platform to help clients organize their profiles, review opportunities and prepare applications. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to alhayatsolutions@gmail.com.

Information we handle

We handle the information clients provide and records created while delivering their service. Depending on the service, this includes names, contact details, citizenship and residence, date of birth, education, employment history, skills, language information, preferences and application requirements. Uploaded documents may include passports, qualifications, transcripts, CVs and supporting evidence.

We also maintain service and payment-status records, staff review notes, application progress, client approvals, communications, tasks, activity records and security logs. V1 records payment references and status; it does not collect payment-card details through its own forms.

Provide only information needed for your service. Do not upload someone else's personal information unless you are authorized to provide it.

Why we use information

We use information to deliver the requested service: maintain a client profile, identify potentially relevant opportunities, review evidence, prepare applications, obtain approvals, track progress, communicate with clients and protect the platform. Matching suggestions support staff review; they are not a guarantee of eligibility, funding, employment, a visa or admission.

Al Hayat does not sell platform information or use Google-derived information for advertising, credit scoring or training general-purpose AI models. The current V1 service does not automatically send client documents to an AI provider.

Google connection

The platform stores its operational records in Al Hayat's Google Sheets and documents in restricted Google Drive folders. Al Hayat's business account authorizes the backend through Google OAuth. Clients do not need to give the platform access to their own Google accounts.

The business-account authorization includes broad Drive and Sheets permissions and background execution. Those permissions are broader than individual platform files; the service is configured to use its designated backend spreadsheets and document folders. Credentials stay on the server. Al Hayat can revoke the connection through its Google Account settings, which will interrupt connected platform features.

Access and sharing

Authorized Al Hayat staff access information according to their responsibilities and the service being delivered. Clients access their own records through the portal. Google provides storage and backend processing; OpenAI's Sites hosting service and Cloudflare provide website hosting and delivery. These providers may process information to operate and protect their services, including in countries different from yours.

Information may be provided to an institution, employer or other application recipient when required for a client-approved application or when the client directs us to do so. V1 does not automatically submit applications to external recipients. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate misuse or protect rights and security.

Security and retention

The platform uses encrypted network connections, restricted backend access, role checks and server-side credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your access links private and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We retain information while needed to deliver the service, maintain required business records, resolve disputes and protect the system. Contact us to request deletion or a retention review. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal or accounting obligations; restricted backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends. Deletion is handled by the team rather than an automatic V1 self-service feature.

Your choices

Contact alhayatsolutions@gmail.com to ask about your information, request a copy or correction, request deletion, or withdraw permission for a use based on consent. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Withdrawing information needed for a service may limit our ability to continue that service.

The portal uses necessary session cookies to keep access secure. This V1 does not include advertising cookies. Hosting providers may use necessary security and access controls.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. Material new uses of information will be explained and any required consent obtained before those uses begin.
